Because Pumpkin Spice Co. products are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled differently than mass-produced inventory.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@pumpkinspiceco.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
When approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue.
Size exchanges and buyer remorse
Because items are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, color preference, buyer remorse, or accidental orders unless we choose to make an exception.

Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
Worn, washed, altered, damaged-after-delivery, final sale, gift card, and personalized/custom items are not eligible for return unless required by law or unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
